Refund Policy

1. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

4. To start a return, please contact us at jewels.hype101@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return/Refund Process

1. Please send an email to jewels.hype101@gmail.com first and we will write back to you as soon as possible.
Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number, and reason.

2. Place the item(s) in the original packing.

Returning the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so that it does not influence the second sale.

3. Drop off your package at your carrier.

Please provide tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us

4. We receive your return package.

We will check the parcel whether in good condition or not once we receive the returned parcel and then we will handle the refund to your account in accordance with the return conditions. you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

1. Exchange accepted for USA Orders only.

2. Kindly note that customers are the one will cover the exchange labels cost.

3. You will need to follow our return process mentioned in the Return/Refund Process.

4. We receive your return package.

We will check the parcel whether in good condition or not once we receive the returned parcel and then we will start preparing to get your new item shipped to you.

5. We will contact you once we ship your package and provide you with a tracking number.
